Notes

Speed workout today. Pretty decent north wind, so we went on the gravel NW of town. I ran all the way back in with Parker. We did a 10 minute warm-up and then did 5x3min build-ups with 90sec rest inbetween each. The first one started pretty slow and built up, but the last one ended up being almost a tempo run. After that, we just ran the last 3 miles or so back to the Hyslop. Then I did my usually striders. Legs still felt really strong today. Feeling pretty fit and healthy. Pretty excited about how training has been going!
