Notes

HOT! Got the wheels turning a little towards the end of the run, which was nice for a change. My foot felt better today, but my legs are still really tired (as they SHOULD BE!), and I am finally settling into a normal schedule, and my body is finally agreeing with it (the whole idea of two-a-days just about every day). I'm gonna cut down the running and amp up the biking the next couple of days because I don't think I can physically handle this heat coming our way. I ended today with some body-weight squats, pushups, abs, and shoulder mobility (and stretching of course).
