As far as I'm concerned, I finished this run without stopping today, so I'm happy. 80 degrees with a 71 dewpoint at 9AM. NINE EH-EM. Ridiculous. At this point, this is no longer training; this is survival. My legs are still crazy tired. I believe I'll go for a bike ride tonight, but I'm done with running until practice Thursday morning. I finished with body-weight squats, pushups, abs, shoulder mobility, and stretching.
