Hit the trails today. Slow going as a result. Also, the humidity just felt intense today, dewpoint was 75 at the start, which is basically a sauna. My shorts were dripping on my legs by mile 4. Felt decent today, legs tired but not like I expected. Stretched and did core/exercises afterwards. The hardest part of training right now is drinking enough water during the day to get my to the next run. Most mornings I have a least 1.5 liters down by noon.
