Notes

The conclusion I have come to is that I didn't take enough down time after my race. After a DNF, I was itching to get back into training because of my failure. The first few days I complained about fatigue, which should have been a warning sign. Being forced to bike and do weights and circuits the last few days has actually been pretty fun, and it reminds me of in high school when I'd take a month off after cross country and bike every day. I have all the time in the world to re-build fitness, so as long as I'm having fun grinding on the bike every day, I'm going to keep doing that.
