Notes

Workout today. Warmed up to U-Park and did 2x1mile with 2:30 recovery, jogged to the track, 400, 3min recovery, mile, 2min recovery, 2x400 with 2:00 recovery inbetween. The did a cooldown on the turf of the football field. My first two miles were 5:00 and 4:55, my first 400 was 70, my third mile was 4:46, my last two 400s were 67 and 64. Legs felt wonderful today after that time off this weekend. Additionally I didn't feel any pain in any of the areas where I expected to feel pain/was worried about feeling pain. All I can say is that today's workout my focus was on trusting God through times where I may not understand what's going on and I just felt joy with what I could do. Looking up into the blue partly cloudy sky after my last repeat was just beautiful :) Afterwards I did the lifting assignment, hurdle mobility, forgot to do lunges, stretched, foam-rolled, and called it a day.
