Notes

Well decided to give it a go today. I figured that my running schedule kicks in this week so it's time to start following that. After two days in a row of 10+ hours of sleep, I feel SO MUCH better, but still not 100%. Running was tough today because it was windy, it's hilly, I was sick, and I'm still a little out of shape. Oh well, that's what summer running is for! Got the Run 4 Robyn 5k on Saturday, pretty excited for that!
