Notes

Beat the sunrise this morning! Got up at 6am to run before going to Rollag. Felt sore for the first few miles, but I really loosened up a lot in the middle. By the end my legs were really tired, but healthy. I know long runs the day after a workout are hard, but I want to get used to it since I usually race on Saturday. Built striders into the last mile, stretched, and did core.
