Notes

Workout today. Did 15 minute warmup into:

1x90 sec with 2 min jog rec

2x60sec on the 3:00

3x45sec on the 3:00

4x30sec on the 2:30

and then cooled down to the Hyslop. Not only did I not have any injuries/pain/soreness, but this was a good day. Last year I did a few workouts exactly like this but without the 90sec run, and yet I felt faster and quicker to recover this year. I really do feel in better shape than last year. Starting to wonder if school record mile would be possible this weekend. We will see.

Got back and did 4 striders, hurdle mobility, squats/lunges, stretched, and foam-rolled.
