Easy morning run. Fricken cold out (35F and breezy west wind again), and it's only gonna get worse over the next few months. It's not the temperature that gets me, I don't care how cold it is, but the wind just eats you up out in the open country. Legs felt good, was strapped for time this morning, so had to pick up the pace compared to normal morning runs, but it was ok. My new shoes are carving into my right foot below my ankle, so will have to monitor that.
