Notes

Decided to add this onto my list of workouts since I do it every day anyway. Today I had pilates class for 35 minutes, and that was all core and legs as usual. After that I some of the toe-touching-the-pullup-bar crunches, lunges, free-weight squats on the cushion-y mats, hurdle mobility, stretching, and icing using an ice-cup.
