Long run day. Went east to the interstate frontage road, followed it all the way past Microsoft in Fargo, turned around, and came back. Honestly couldn't ask for a better run. Legs and breathing felt great the whole way. The sun was shining, and even though it was below 10F, it wasn't windy, and with my new gloves, I was adequately dressed everywhere. Also, I wore sunglasses today, and while they did keep me from squinting my eyes for two hours, it had the unsuspected added benefit of being a wind block for my eyes. My eyes felt great! I need to start doing that more. I only had time to stretch afterwards because Ingrid got here right after I was done. Another great, healthy week of training!
