Notes

Easy run today. Legs not as tired as I figured they would be from yesterday. Still sweated a ton because of the dewpoint, but finished this run pretty good. Did some really hard striders in the Hyslop, weightlifted (ugh) and then stretched and did shoulder-mobility exercises. Really tired physically right now, progressive run tomorrow morning.
