Notes

Easy day with a light speed workout today. We did a 25 minute run to the park and then did 3 laps of pickups. My foot felt fine for all of it. Then we jogged back to the Hyslop and I did 5 good striders on the Memorial Stadium track with my regular shoes on. It all felt good and my legs feel good. We'll see what the rest of the week brings. Finished off with stretching and icing.
