Now watch again, but I know that this route was dang close to 9 miles. My first just under two miles were easy, and my last 2 full miles were easy. Everything inbetween it was like a progressive/tempo. I just kept running hard until I got tired, and then I ran more until I was more tired. I liked it even though it hurt. There was no dry spot on my shirt by the time I finished (sweat), but it felt good to just get out and grind.
