Notes

Still kind of slow on my runs, but my legs are feeling better each and every day. My stomach even felt better today. Got this run in before bean days, so I'm good for the day. Keeping an eye on my right foot, because there a little ache in there but I don't feel it on my runs, just after. Icing and stretching and abs today.
