Notes

Treadmill workout. Did 3x3min, 1x2min with 1 min rec. For pace, I was running the 10mph (6:00 pace) setting with the incline at 4.0. It felt really good to get the legs turning again (besides simple strides at the end of an easy run). I felt really strong today and I'm excited to keep building for the season. My first race that I actually care about is in January, so I have all the time in the world.
