Notes

Hard workout today. Did 6x1000m @ 3:00-3:10 with rest of 2:30, 2:45, 3:00, 3:00, 3:00. I hit 3:00, 2:59, 2:59, 2:58, 2:58, 2:57. Overall pretty pumped about this workout. My legs were so tired from this week, but I pushed this workout. The first interval was hard to get the legs moving, and I was amazed how hard it was. I was pretty tired, but my breathing was under control in no time. Actually that was the theme for the whole workout: I had to work my butt off to run the time and I had to will my legs to move, but it didn't take long after each repeat to fully recover. I've never felt this fit in my life and I'm PUMPED about what I can do with it. At this point I just need to stay healthy now.
