10 min elliptical

Stretch/legs/rehab/ice.

Nothing much has changed since yesterday. I'm not any worse, but I don't think I'm any better. I suppose that's a positive considering yesterday I did cross-training, rehab, and running. We'll give running a try again this afternoon and see how it goes.
