Notes

Interval work today. Did a 2 mile warmup to the Park, did 2x3k with 2:30 rest at 5:25 pace (hit our splits right on), and then did a lap of pick-ups (which were really good, especially the sprint on the last stretch). Then did a 3 mile cooldown with Parker. Legs really tired today and really humid out, so I was sweating quite a bit. However, I hit all my splits and felt really comfortable, considering the conditions and the two-a-days. I think this race on Saturday is going to be tough, but good. Finished off with med-balls and stretching. Still healthy :)
