Notes

Legs still feeling tired, and shin starting to have some pain. I've been on increased mileage for a few weeks now, and maybe that, combined with the hills, is starting to wear my legs down. My legs haven't been the same since the almost 16-mile trail run over a week ago. Additionally, we've been doing lots of outdoor projects that involve lifting and walking, and so I'm worried about getting an overuse injury right now. So, i'm going to scrap tomorrow's long run and focus on stability and introducing strength exercises that I haven't been doing.
