First workout back today. Did 1.6 miles on the treadmill as warmup, then a progressive:
0.5 miles @ 10mph
0.5 miles @ 10.5mph
0.5 miles @ 11mph
0.5 miles @ 11.5mph
Then about a 6 minute cooldown. All of this on the treadmill a 1% incline. Actually felt really good, and I sweated A LOT. Weightlifted afterwards. Felt good to get back in it.
