Notes

Workout today. Did 3x1mile in 5:14, 5:07, and 5:02 with 90 seconds rest inbetween each. Then had a 4 minute rest before 4x400m at 74, 70, 70, 70 with 90 seconds rest inbetween each. Overall my legs were a little tired during the 3rd mile, but this was a pretty easy workout. I know it was designed to be, but I had a lot left, and holding back on the 400s was made easier because I ran with the group and purposefully put myself in the middle of the guys (which was super fun btw). Overall very pleased with today's workout. Afterwards did hurdle mobility, lunges, stretching, foam-rolling, and abs/core.
