I'll be able to run on the Maah Daah Hey trail on this day, so I'll plan on doing a race simulation long run. I'll start at Buffalo Gap campground and run 5.5 miles north on the trail, turn around and come back. That'll be 11 miles at the campground, and first aid station is 11 miles in the race. So I'll refill water there, then go 4.5 miles south on the trail and come back, which is 9 more miles, and the next aid station is 9 miles past the first. Get 2 see race course/hyrdation plan.
