Notes

Long run today. It was drizzly and kind of breezy. Went 6 miles down Ocean Blvd, turned around, and came back. Calves were a little tight at first, but got better. By the end my legs were dead. Simply stated, it took everything I had just to make it back. Never once was my heart rate elevated or was I exhausted in that way, but my legs just had no juice. My right hamstring felt especially dead, like it does after hard track workouts. When I got back I stretched, foam-rolled, and did core. Easy day tomorrow.
