Notes

Long run today. Legs felt terrible at the beginning of the run, but they slowly loosened up by the end. Ryan and I were hammering pretty good by the end of the run, but my legs were exhausted at the end. Struggled through some striders, did the usual hurdle mobility, lunges, and squats, stretching, and foam-rolling.
