Notes

Workout today. At Turtle River, did approximately 11 miles in total (it's hard to judge distance on the trails). Did a warmup, 4x400 with 2:00 rec, 7 min jog into a 10 minute tempo, 3:30 jog into 3x400 with 2:00 rec, and then a 7 min jog into another 10 minute tempo, then cooldown. Legs felt really good today. The 400s were on a windy dirt path, but we were still hitting about 62s, and I was surprised at how much my legs have forgotten how to run like that. The 10 minute tempos felt really good because I felt strong. Freshman year I would do a 45 minute easy run at Turtle River and I would be dead, but now I run hard through the same trails and feel good. It's crazy how well training has been going. Stretched in the van on the way back and did some exercises and core when I got back.
