6x one mile on the grass loop with the guys. all miles were supposed to be at race pace, which is ~5:00. rest in between each was 90 seconds. times: 4:52, 4:59, 4:58, 4:56, 4:57, 4:57. first interval was supposed to be faster during the first 800m to mimic the race. great workout overall, and it was awesome how the team worked together. felt really comfortable the entire time and could have done much more.
