Notes

intervals on the track, 2x1 mile with 90 secs/3 mins rest, 4x400m with 90 secs/5 mins rest, 1 harder mile to finish the workout. times: 5:02, 4:59, 67, 67, 66, 66, 4:37. felt really good during this workout, and tried to save as much as I could for the last mile to mimic a race. ran as a pack basically the entire workout which bodes well for this weekend. only hard effort before the race. ready to get back and correct the mistakes from stanford.
