4x400, mile, 4x400, mile, 4x400 all on the grass loop at school. 400s were supposed to be at ~70 and get progressively faster to ~67-68, and the mile goal pace was ~5:15. times: 74, 63, 68, 63, 5:05, 70, 63, 69, 63, 5:04, 65, 70, 62, 70. one minute rest after each 400, and 2 mins rest after the last 400 in each set and each mile. one of the 400s was obviously short and the other seemed right on, but we still ran consistent relative to the course being off. ran in flats and felt nice and relaxed on the miles, and strong on the 400s.
