Notes

1k, 3k, 2k, 2k on the grass at school with the guys. race simulation with a faster interval to start and then settling in a little. times: 2:51, 8:55, 5:57, 5:49. rest was 90 secs, 3:30, and 3:00, respectively. very good workout as we got after this one from the beginning. did not settle in to a slower pace as was planned and kept on hitting faster splits. very good team effort by the top four guys, and all five on the last interval. very happy with this one and should give us some confidence going into Saturday.
