Inter-regional race in Sacramento. got out much better than last week, but settled too much during the middle third of the race and spotted too many runners too many seconds. rallied the last third but was caught by quite a few people the last 100m of the race. improvement from last week, but will try to fine-tune a little more for santa clara and the workouts that are coming up. feels like the season has barely started, and that's a good sign there is more to come for the later races.
