Fartlek along the bike trail with 8x30s fast effort (around 5k pace) and at least 4 minutes of steady running recovery inbetween. Felt really good - finally over the worst of my cold and very warm out. Definitely getting a workout as my calves were burning a lot of the way but never got out of breath. Seemed to have a faster cadence and better form - felt like I was midfoot-striking for most of the run.
