Notes
Dark and slow - first 4 miles easy, then began to speed up for last 1.5 miles. Left ankle and upper calves/shins very uncomfortable so I favored that leg a lot and didn't go as fast as usual (had been limping a bit earlier in the day after yesterday's tempo workout). Hopefully it will be better tomorrow for the indoor meet.
