Steady four miler with a couple of loops of Riverside Park. A bit rainy and very muddy with some big puddles. Ran in the Kinvaras, and felt really good though my legs were a bit sore since I haven't used them much. Was able to keep up a much faster pace than the last couple days and none of the pain I had a couple days ago from the other shoes.
