Bike Path

Notes

Furthest distance I've ever run on the bike path (to hill going up to concrete bridge), and my long run for the week. Started out easy and slow, and took the last two miles a bit faster than half-marathon pace to practice running hard when tired. Miles 3-4 were slower because of hills. Good to go when it was still light, and temperature was perfect with a light jacket and gloves. A 1:50 half-marathon definitely seems possible with more training. A good end to a week where I set my longest distance record. Running 6-7x a week is keeping me from getting too stiff or sore so far.
