Logging this a couple of days after run. Did 7 on Saturday instead of Sunday, as we were going to a wine-tasting dinner Sat. night, and I figured 7 on Sunday would be bad idea. Also, temps went up on Friday to near 40, and most of ice melted, so I was raring to go. Not as good as I hoped, though. There was still plenty of ice in Pikisaari woods and the dirt trails past hotel at Nallikari, so that was part of what slowed me down. Last mile dreadful time with heart rate.

Don't remember what I wore. Mini hat fer sure. I took a gel with me to see if that would help in last couple of miles--did not (see below). Tasted good, though. No, fuel not issue. Dehydration may be. Need small water bottle.
