Notes
Felt like hell. Legs were sullen from the start, slower than I've been for a long time. Yesterday was scheduled as rest, but I did half an hour on the bike--didn't seem like much, but maybe I should have taken the whole day off. Today (Friday, when I'm writing, not Thursday, when I did this run) also scheduled as rest, so will try doing nothing today. Tomorrow (Saturday) is 5K downtown as part of training series.
