Humid and sunny--sticky day. Heart rate up, but max happened when sprinting at the end to come in under an hour. Probably shouldn't have, but wanted the ego boost. First mile in 13:50. First time I've broken average 15-min miles. Will try to slow down a little next time to keep heart rate down.
Ran first two miles without stopping, then stopped to drink and walk a little, and a few more times on the way back.
