Fort Ben

Notes

52 when I left, 62 when I got back, so split difference.

Trails at Fort Ben. Parked at LC Trailhead, went up hill and to left to Horse Trail. Took first bike path I saw, until it disappeared. Ended up back on HT for a bit, then found another bike path. That one eventually disappeared, too. Odd things, these bike paths. Anyway, followed bike paths when I could, eventually came back to LC Trail, down hill where I came in, jogged a bit on the road to make it 6 exactly. So that's my 100 for the month.

Felt great. Slow pace, but included hills, stops, the occasional obstacle, and times when I was just booking down the path. Probably should have kept it to 4, but felt good enough to continue and thought I might as well go for the 6 to complete 100.

Wore UA shorts, white UA bra (not supportive enough for long runs!), green Indy Runners shirt. First time on trails with Kinvaras. Need to tighten right lace, slight rubbing on big toe near end, but in general seem to have decent traction and do well.
