Made mistakes! Put off running this morning since it was in the 20s, then didn't have lunch on time. Ate a small bowl of spaghetti before going out. Deliberately went slow first lap, thinking to get beyond the start-too-fast syndrome. Figured I would speed it up after that with the saved energy, but no--2nd lap was even slower. Worst pace in ages, felt sick on fifth lap. I blame the spaghetti.
