Intervals workout. Did first interval way too fast, average 9:14 pace according to Garmin, felt like I didn't recover very well at all today, but was only 5 seconds slower overall than last week. Huffed and puffed a lot. Felt okay by end, still thinking of adding a 5th interval, but may give it another week or two first.

Wore grey tights, new Craft shirt (not the ribbed one), blue PI vest, yellow Mini cap, b/w MC bra. Need undies with the grey tights now--there's enough extra fabric around groin that camel toe (also butt equivalent) occurs, so VF undies.
