725 cal/20% fat.

Ran whole way without stopping, heart rate never broke 170. Still very slow, obviously, but heart rate and stamina are improving. Ran without iPod today to better pay attention to keeping pace smooth and concentrate on breathing. Didn't seem that much different. Might try alternating with and without and see how it goes. Used a gel at about 50 min, drank watered Gatorade (watering it seems to help).

Weight seems high, but 2nd day of period so a bit bloaty.
