Pushed a little harder today and ran fastest time yet--heart rate higher as result but not back in 180s. No iPod. Didn't get into rhythm quickly, but did eventually (faster pace probably didn't help). Nice to prove I can still run the whole 4 miles even when I didn't feel like I would be up to it when I started.
