Legs felt like lead. Heat? Last night's ride? Not sure, but not fast today. Last two runs felt great, so did last night's 16.5 mile ride. Oh, well. Sometimes it just happens.
Wore: longer shorts (can't remember brand), Brooks white and blue top, blue Danskin (not clasp) bra (might be time to retire--some bounce now), yellow Mini hat.
