48F at start, 50 at finish, windy. Wore Target tights and orange SS Indy Runners shirt, Mini cap (had to hold once or twice to keep from blowing off--bobby pins?). Slowish still, but hey. I'm building back up right now--the best thing to do is just get out there 4-5 times a week.
This might be it for the week, though. Off to Helsinki tonight, back Sunday but if I walk all day down there won't want to run on Sunday. LR might stay Monday for a few weeks until I get an easy enough week to put LRs six days apart and switch back to Sunday. If that makes sense.
Splits:12:18 (felt easy), 12:53 (not so much), 12:36 (okay), last .15 in 11:31 pace (huffed a little, but not sprinting). Once I get back up to 20-25 miles per week I'll consider adding speedwork back.
