Notes

Went for bike ride (3.4 mile loop; 16.5 minutes) first, then ran in bike clothes except for shoes and hat. T-Mobile jersey and Primal shorts.

Always slow on ball field...quite wet in spots, feet sank but thanks to long grass didn't get wet. Makes for slow running, but on the good side the next run on pavement or trail is always super fast.
