Balls. Went out too fast with Melody for first two miles, died last two as a result. Wanted to break 2 hours, obviously didn't, but still race PR and personal best for 10 miles (surprised me, but there it is). Everyone's Garmins measured the course long, 10.1 to 10.15. Impossible to see where start line was, so started Garmin late--plus it weirded out on me and gave me a mile when we'd barely gone half. Data is all but unusable. Not sure there was a start wire for the chip, so may have gun time--my Garmin says 2:01:08, and I don't think I started it 32 seconds late--maybe 10 or 15. So, all fucked up, in every way. Pace would be 12:03 if actual mileage was 10.1

Wore blue Nike print capris, black long-sleeved Indy Runners shirt, white Mini cap, black MC bra--CHAFED in the rain, beware!, new Nike Pegasus shoes (did okay). Some back pain last 3 miles--had that on Tuesday, too--new shoes?

Fuck splits. Not reliable with Garmin messed up. Basically, first two miles under 11:30, last two in the 13 range. Bah.
