Indoor track. First run since 5Ks of Christmas--bad me, but we're joining the Indy Runners training program. Pretty good pace for 2 miles, for me. I warmed up first with 15 min on the bike in the hopes of avoiding shin problems. Either that, or the extended break, did it. Heart rate high, not sure if from lack of activity or pushing the pace.
