Notes
Good run. We stayed with pacer (Lesley?) until last 2 miles, then went a little ahead--we were lagging behind 12, and I wanted to have at least one more sub-12 mile instead of slowing down until the end. Last 2 miles 11:50 and 11:53--particularly proud of last because of hill.
Wore: white MC bra, purple PI bike jersey, UA shorts, white Athletic Annex hat.
Ate a lot yesterday and today, which may have helped. Two gels, at 3 and 6 miles--definitely helped with energy. Aidan carried water, sipped every mile, also did Gatorade at water stop.

Lagged slightly around mile 3-4, then felt strong (gel kicking in?). Just attacked hill.
